The food industry is digitalizing at a rapid pace. This also increases the risk of cyber incidents. What do you do if production processes suddenly come to a halt, customer data is leaked, or your suppliers are unreachable? How do you quickly make the right decisions to limit damage?
In collaboration with FNLI, CCRC is organizing an interactive cyber exercise on Friday, June 6, specifically for companies in the food sector. This practice-oriented training is not about technology, but about crisis management, collaboration, and awareness. Through realistic scenarios, you experience how a cyber crisis develops and what that demands from your organization.
What can you expect?
During the exercise, you work in small groups on a fictional crisis situation, guided by experts from CCRC’s network. You learn:
- How to collaborate effectively during a cyber crisis;
- Which decisions are crucial in the first hours;
- How to increase digital resilience with concrete, applicable tools.
The session is aimed at management, CISOs, and IT managers, but is also open to other functions within the organization. No prior knowledge is required; it’s about insight, awareness, and action-oriented learning.
