The role of the foundation
Cybercriminals do not distinguish between large and small organizations. Preparation shouldn’t either. That is why CCRC is also a foundation. Through the foundation, we make practicing accessible to organizations with limited resources by offering training and exercises through partnerships or via smart bundling of forces within sectors or chains. This ensures that realistic crisis preparation remains a right, not a luxury.
Why we do what we do
CCRC was founded by Eric-Jan and Kelvin, bringing together two worlds that meet in crisis situations. In the military, practicing is second nature. In the business world, it often isn’t. We believe that organizations are only truly prepared when people know what to do when plans fall away.

What sets us apart
As CCRC, we are independent, always. We do not sell security tooling, SOC services, or incident response on an hourly basis. Our only proposition is that your organization becomes better at handling a cyber crisis. This means that we have no hidden agenda during an exercise. The team behind CCRC
CCRC is growing. Eight experienced trainers have since joined us, and that number continues to increase. We work exclusively with seniors: professionals who have stood in crisis situations themselves and know what happens when the pressure mounts. No juniors with playbooks, but people with experience, sharpness, and composure. In this way, we are building a strong network of trainers step-by-step to help organizations truly improve.

Yes. CCRC works exclusively with experienced professionals who have themselves served in crisis teams, rather than junior facilitators, ensuring trainers can sense what a group needs under real pressure.
CCRC operates as both: a commercial training provider and a foundation. The commercial business offers cyber crisis exercises to organizations throughout the Netherlands. Through the foundation, CCRC also makes exercises accessible to organizations such as schools, healthcare institutions, and non-profits, so that practicing isn't limited by size or structure.
CCRC's trainers are experienced crisis professionals who have themselves been part of real crisis teams, spanning backgrounds in cybersecurity, IT continuity, incident response, and crisis communication.
CCRC deliberately focuses only on exercises, without selling security tooling, incident response retainers, or consultancy on the side. This means findings during an exercise aren't shaped by an interest in selling follow-up services.
